The actress is currently in New York for Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, but she took some time away from her front row seat on Monday to share a fun snap with her two million Twitter followers.
Sporting a broad grin, Anna poses alongside Perry – who appears to cup one of her breasts with an outstretched hand - in a photo taken at the Hollywood Stands Up To Cancer event on February 7.

The shot and its accompanying tongue-in-cheek caption – ‘The girl can’t help it’ – comes little more than a week after Anna revealed a similar incident involving the Roar singer at the 56th Annual Grammy Awards on January 26.
Speaking to talk show host Conan O'Brien, the 28-year-old star admitted
that Perry got rather touchy-feely at the award ceremony, which was held at LA's Staples Center.
'Katy Perry finger-banged my cleavage,’ she said. ‘It was a weird night... She's very mature!'

However, the Pitch Perfect actress said she was rather chuffed by Katy's brave move because her risqué chest-baring Azzaro frock was crying out for attention.
She explained: 'I was kind of asking for it. If nobody had done it I would've been a little sad.'
Anna is currently in New York, where she’s been hanging out with a less amorous singer in Solange Knowles at the Milly by Michelle Smith runway show.
'Oh my God, every single coat I see on the runway is to die for,' Anna told New York Magazine after Milly.
'It's such an amazing piece of design. In the summer, I mostly just want to be in a wife beater and shorts. But a big bag and a winter coat make me feel put together and motivated.'
Michelle founded Milly in 2000 and her designs are famed for merging American sportswear with French atelier technique.
Smith crafted the technique after working for French houses Christian Dior Haute Couture, Louis Vuitton, and Hermes.
Models strutted down the catwalk in mostly not-so-basic black and gladiator booties by Carrie Bradshaw favourite Manolo Blahnik.
Michelle - whose husband Andy is Milly's CEO - made the big finale a family affair, even bringing her daughter and son out for her bow.
Anna will soon start shooting The Pitch Perfect sequel - due out May 2015 - directed by her co-star Elizabeth Banks.
